Robotics Club nationally recognized
Designing robots that rid waterways of pollution, building live-saving ventilators from recycled parts, presenting at national conferences about the power of learning differences, Wolcott’s Bionic Wolves continue to innovate and gain national recognition and acclaim. Wolcott awarded prestigious National Science Foundation grant
Wolcott School, in partnership with the University of Chicago, received a prestigious National Science Foundation grant funding a study designed to bring diversity to the STEM fields. Wolcott’s research was used to revise AP Computer Science Principles to attract teens with learning differences.
Wolcott earns Green Ribbon Award from US Department of Education
Wolcott recognized as a leader among Illinois private independent schools pursuing sustainability. Receiving a Green Ribbon Awarded for 21st Century Excellence in Sustainability, Wolcott is honored for its innovative efforts to reduce environmental impact and utility costs, improve health and wellness, and ensure effective sustainability education.
