Carol Reynolds believes learning is a lifelong process that should be nurtured by providing opportunities for individuals to explore, expand and reflect. Over the past 15 years, she has worked with diverse learners in the public school setting to empower them to pursue their academic and personal goals. Carol is skilled in building partnerships with teachers, families, and educational stakeholders to encourage a climate of academic success.

Prior to coming to Wolcott School, Carol was a Diverse Learner teacher and case manager at Erie Elementary Charter School. She worked at Evanston Township High School for seven years where she held the positions of Special Education Teacher and Instructional Coach as well as served on a number of committees. Carol also worked for Chicago Public Schools as a special education teacher where she gained extensive knowledge and expertise in providing individualized instruction, collaborated with peers to design curriculum, implemented successful classroom management strategies, and supported initiatives to enhance the learning experiences of students.
