Janelle Bradley

Prior to joining the Wolcott Community, Janelle served as the Director of Middle School at Washington Latin Public Charter School in Washington, DC. At Latin, she led all culture initiatives for the Middle School that focused on belonging, social connection, and school wide celebrations. Janelle deeply believes that all students can be successful and deserves to be seen and heard as thoughtful contributors to their school communities. She has a background in student support and student advocacy.

Before Washington Latin, Janelle was the Associate Director of High School Support for DC Prep’s Alumni Support Program, PrepNext. She started her career in Baltimore City as a School Counselor at Carver Vocational Technical High School. Janelle received her BA from Spelman College in Psychology with a minor in Child Development and holds a MS from Johns Hopkins University in School Counseling.

In her free time, Janelle loves spending time with her family, friends and her dog, Stax. She loves music, collecting vinyl, designing floral arrangements, capturing the best meals and discovering exceptional Bubble Tea spots wherever she travels. Janelle is thrilled to be apart of the Wolcott Community.
